Also manage multiple client accounts across roofing, insurance, fitness, and ticketing verticals.
Led the technical support organization at Extendly — one of the largest GoHighLevel support and white-label agencies in the ecosystem. Managed a team of approximately 30 direct reports, overseeing platform support, client onboarding, and GHL operational excellence at scale.
Built and scaled a multi-state commercial tree service operation from the ground up — growing to 23 employees across 5 states, holding contracts with rural electrical power companies and the United States Forest Service.
